I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a view of downtown Eau Claire. The rooms were comfortable with many nice amenities, although the price could have been more affordable. The service, especially the room service and welcome drink, was top-notch. The location was convenient, near the riverfront and the new Art's Center. The dining experience, which included guava jam, was delightful. However, some aspects of the facilities could be improved.
